Our Client:
Our client has a large presence within the Public Sector, they are currently seeking a IT Project Coordinator to join their team for an initial 12-month contract
The primary focus of this is deployment/implementation of the IT infrastructure, network technical services across the company's network with minimal disruption to operations - from deployment planning and facilitation across teams, facilitation of approvals through the IT Change Management, execution runbook planning and management, updates to CMDB and stakeholder engagement when explaining technical benefits of project's goals.
Major Accountabilities:
- Management, oversight and coordination of the internal IT supply teams, technical specialists, and Vendor Partners to meet deployment and delivery
- Reporting to the IT Project Manager regarding resourcing & project schedule, the technical delivery lead is also expected to provide regular updates on delivery status, risks, issues and assist in risk mitigation activities.
- Assist the Project Managers in analysing and defining their system requirements, infrastructure & network scope, schedules, and budgets.
- Provide required input and reporting on task performance, deliverables, budget performance, risks, and issues to the Project Managers.
