Our client based in the CBD is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager with Office Pro Plus experience to join a large desktop modernisation project. The first phase of this project focuses on Office 365.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Strategy and project planning
  • Managing vendors
  • Project documentation such as status reports, project plan
  • Ensure project is within agreed budget and quality
  • Lead Steering Committee meetings

To be considered for the role you will need

  • Degree in IT or relevant discipline
  • Over 5+ years' experience in ICT project management.
  • Project management experience moving an organisation to Office 365 with a 4k+ user base or similar project involving significant change management.
  • Experience with Office Pro Plus
  • Strong project delivery experience in Office suite (including Outlook and Exchange) with the ability to deliver under pressure
  • Demonstrated experience successfully managing business stakeholders;
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Agile and waterfall delivery methodology experience
