Our client based in the CBD is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager with Office Pro Plus experience to join a large desktop modernisation project. The first phase of this project focuses on Office 365.
Responsibilities will include:
- Strategy and project planning
- Managing vendors
- Project documentation such as status reports, project plan
- Ensure project is within agreed budget and quality
- Lead Steering Committee meetings
To be considered for the role you will need
- Degree in IT or relevant discipline
- Over 5+ years' experience in ICT project management.
- Project management experience moving an organisation to Office 365 with a 4k+ user base or similar project involving significant change management.
- Experience with Office Pro Plus
- Strong project delivery experience in Office suite (including Outlook and Exchange) with the ability to deliver under pressure
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing business stakeholders;
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Agile and waterfall delivery methodology experience
