About the Role
A IT Project Coordinator with technology project experience and strong project management ability is required to join a program of work to provide research, coordination, analysis, reporting and governance support across a stream of IT work
Responsibilities
- Support the project delivery across project tasks
- Conduct project research
- Provide support and reporting on project plans, milestones and deliverables
- Coordinate meetings and prepare papers
- Ensure time, cost and quality indicators are in line
- Undertake research and analysis
- Analyse existing systems, applications and functions
- Contribute to the development of technical specifications in collaboration with the business and IT
- Provide support of systems and applications
- Respond to inquiries and resolve problems
- Assist with Sharepoint and reporting
Experience
- Previous Project Coordinator experience in large complex environments
- Must have a Technology project background and in delivering IT projects
- Must have Prince2 or PMP or be currently studying
- Strong experience with project documentation and reporting
- Strong experience in IT / Project Governance and Methodology frameworks
- Experienced in technological change
- Exceptional understanding of Project Management methodologies and concepts across all phases of a project lifecycle
- Ability to maintain and update issues, risks and change control registers
- Experienced in Document control using Sharepoint
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communications skills, both in terms of written (documentation) and verbal
