Our client is seeking a project coordinator to join their networks team. The team is responsible for site acquisition, planning, and design of radio and mobile data networks. You will be joining a strong team and be fully trained by the program manager you support.
Responsibilities:
- Support a program manager
- Project coordination of network roll out projects
- track financial aspects of the projects
- Administration Eg, filing, updating registers, consolidate reporting
- Run customer meetings when ready - dept level or with sub-contractors
- Prepare internal documents needed by internal business stakeholders
- Putting together reporting for external customers
- Meeting minutes
Requirements:
- Previous Project Coordination experience ideal but not essential
- Understanding of Infrastructure, Radio Networks ideal but not essential
- Understanding of site acquisition, planning and construction ideal
- Exposure to MS Project or Primavera, or PM methodologies Prince 2 or PmBok ideal
- Strong enough to work with delivery partners
- Excellent attitude
- A citizen - to pass police check
- Excellent communication skills
