About the role

Seeking a Project Coordinator to work closely with the Project Manager in the development of all aspects of project, including scope, cost, budget and funding, timing, engagement, and liaison with stakeholder groups (internal & external).

The role will also include preparation of project artefacts, preparation and maintenance of project board documentation, updating the project schedule, recording minutes, financial reconciliations, resourcing, onboarding of resources, coordination of project assurance activities and liaison with senior management executive support officers and management of the project's action register.


Required skills and experience

  • Demonstrated experience in a Project Coordinator role or similar
  • Competence in computer applications, including the Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Project.
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills
  • Build relationships with team members and stakeholders and deal with issues of a sensitive nature
  • Coordination of project finances including invoice reconciliation, payments and budget balancing
  • An understanding of the requirements and management of project boards.
  • Ability to prepare project documentation in line with QGCDG/ PRINCE2/ similar project methodology
