Monitor project schedules and budgets, prepare progress reports, and liaise with key stakeholders. Play a role in managing straightforward projects, developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide specialist advice to ensure the consistent delivery of project outputs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and efficient project support and coordination to all members of the Projects Team.
  • Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, outcomes
  • Providing support to project managers and business leaders when requested
  • Creating and reviewing of reports

Required Skills & Experience

  • Ability to identify user needs and demonstrate how content and engagement decisions support these needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience translating technical information into formats that are easy to understand.
  • Ability to demonstrate personal resilience.
  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work in the context of competing priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate with other staff in the project team and branch, and other areas of the agency.
  • Ability to apply knowledge of project management frameworks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and adapt communication style appropriate to the audience.
  • Ability to demonstrate personal resilience.
  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work in the context of competing priorities.
