Our client is seeking to engage a Project Coordinator to coordinate project activities by supporting Project Managers to manage and update Cost Plans, Schedules, Risks and Issues Registers within Portfolios.
The primary duties of the role include:
- Project management, business and financial acumen
- Experience in project management support role.
- Project delivery methodologies experience (Waterfall, Agile etc)
- Experience in maintaining project documentation and records.
- Administering procurement and reporting functions within SAP
- Supporting Project Managers with managing and updating Cost Plans, Schedules, Risks and Issues Registers.
- Producing material to prepare for and to support Project Control Group meetings
- Administration including setting up meetings, taking notes and distributing minutes, etc.
- Supporting the PM to manage suppliers and vendors effectively
- Playing an active role to ensure the successful delivery of the specified delivery program of work.
- Co-ordination of induction activities for new project team members
Technical Skills
- SAP - mid-level
- Microsoft Project (Enterprise Project Management - EPM)
- Microsoft Suite - advanced
- Advanced email and schedule management skills
- Developed written, presentation and document preparation skills
