My client requires a Project Co-ordinator to assist on large infrastructure support projects, supporting the project managers administrative workload by owning administrative duties for them.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up project plans for several projects
- Work with project managers to build out plans
- Maintain plans throughout the life of projects, consistent with internal protocol
- Provide regular and ad hoc reporting out of planning tool, tagging, and formatting projects
- Assist with rescheduling, change management, and resource allocation in the project plan
- Produce detailed project reports and notifications as appropriate
- Examine project documentation/data for completeness and accuracy
- Support resource managers in tactical application of tools and reports
- Manage project portal
- Document and distribute minutes of meetings
- Provide general administration assistance to project team including set up of meetings and workshops
Skills
- Highly organized, possessing strong analytical abilities
- Proficient in use of project management scheduling tools
- Comfortable with project metrics and reporting
- Familiar with critical path analysis and portfolio dependencies from an administrative perspective
- Able to work successfully in a team environment and independently
