Our client is seeking an experienced Project Officer to join their successful team. The team is responsible for working with the bank's member on a remediation project on behalf of the regulator.
Your responsibilities in the role include:
- Resource mngt, ensure PM get info for packs, held collate governance docs
- Assist with collection of information to track project status
- Assist PM's with project reporting
- Project admin, risks and miscellaneous tasks that arise
- Follow up with the project team on timely closure of actions; escalate slippages to the Project or Program Manager
- Update project status in various data bases as requested by managers
- Review and adjust project schedules in response to delay with completing individual project tasks
- Set up meetings, confirming attendance and taking meeting minutes
- Gain exposure to business and IT projects
Successful candidates will offer the following skills:
- Project Coordination or project management experience
- Banking experience
- Remediation experience
- Administration expeerince, supporting a PM
