Our client is looking for a Project Controller to commence a 6-month contract to assist project delivery teams in the day to day running of projects.
Specifically, your duties will include:
- Preparation of Monthly reports.
- Financial reporting assistance to Project Managers (SAP Reporting)
- Inductions to ensure project members are productive as soon as possible.
- Project Set-up activities to ensure PM's are productive as soon as they are on boarded.
- Team Meeting preparation
- LEAN Meeting metric tracking and development.
- Financial reconciliation
- Management team diary management
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Previous experience using SAP
Desirable
- Proficient in the use of SharePoint
- Proficient in the use of MS-Project6 and Project Server
- Worked with IT Project teams
- PRINCE2 Project Management
