Large financial client based in Sydney looking for a Project Coordinator.
Key skills and experience required for the role:
- Administrative support in coordinating and booking project meetings, material distribution, preparing minutes and action follow up.
- Ensuring team processes and procedures are followed
- Supporting creation of project schedules
- Supporting planning and estimation activities including capacity management
- Support identification, documentation and regular review of risks, issues and dependencies across the program
- Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with people; and maintain confidentiality and discretion Analytical skills and proven ability to solve problems
