Project Administrator/ Junior Project Coordinator
Project Administrator Required for an initial 6-month contract with this leading travel organisation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Program Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies register
- Implement and manage a Program Team Site using SharePoint that will be an important communications portal for the Project Team and business stakeholders.
- Support the team with reporting and presentation packs
- Review existing processes and work on improvement proposals for the program
- Assist with team building activities
- Assist with the resource plan management and monthly forecasts
- Support the team with administrative aspects of the program e.g. capture meeting minutes
- Support team with raising PO's and execution of Work Orders
- Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding of resources
Experience
- Experience working on a program
- Experience with Microsoft Project
- Experience in Share point and features required to maintain a creative, engaging and practical Program team site
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Good with Microsoft Power Point and creation of presentation packs
- Proactive and always willing to learn
- Experience with Clarity PPM
