As a Project Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the CIO of large enterprise who are undertaken a large transformation program. You will be able to work collaboratively with the broader team to ensure successful deployment of various projects

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • 3+ years' experience within project coordination utilising agile/waterfall methodologies
  • Experience with Jira, Clarity, and other project management solutions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated administrative and secretarial experience, including diary management

Responsibilities will include:

  • Utilise strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Coordinate project resources
  • Provide administrative support to the CIO and Program heads
  • Prepare reports and presentations accordingly
  • Manage the efficient and accurate flow of correspondence and information
  • Plan, prepare and coordinate meeting requirements including supporting meeting execution, minute taking and actively following up task to ensure timely completion
