Our client is seeking to engage a Program Training Lead will lead a team of 4 to design and deliver of all the training aspects of organisational change.
The primary duties of the role include:
- Training Materials Review and Development Analysts
- Training Delivery and Support Coordinators
- Review and provide feedback on the Supplier's Training Management Plan (TMP) to ensure fit for purpose the training elements in the Supplier's scope.
- Design and develop the overall Training Management Plan leveraging to ensure effective end to end training is developed and delivered.
- Work with the Supplier to ensure thorough Training Needs Analyses are performed
