Our client an industry-leading organisation within Financial service are seeking an experienced Program Scheduler to Join a large-scale project
The primary focus for this role is to facilitate the information from project teams to present a clear view of all lenses for delivery plans and schedules for the portfolio in Planview. Support project teams in the set-up through to maintenance of multiple schedules across the portfolio in Planview. This includes conducting ongoing reviews using multiple lenses to ensure monitoring data integrity and accuracy.
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience working in program or portfolio delivery
- Experience consulting with Managers Senior Executives
- Relevant technical knowledge and experience in using Planview
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Leverage Schedules to provide recommendations on potential risks, issues, dependencies and recommendations to drive an integrated, efficient and effective portfolio delivery.
- Produce (scheduled and ad hoc) leadership reporting for the effective monitoring & management of the portfolio
