The primary objectives of the Program Scheduler are to assist the Project Manager with the successful delivery of their projects in accordance with the customer requirements. This role needs someone who can operate at a program level and manage conflicting priorities between multiple projects.
The role:
- Offers progression to a national role
- Work with inhouse project managers or customer side PM's to schedule projects
- Management of Project Schedule in Microsoft Project, including reporting and monthly resource loading
- Document templates and word processing;
- Financial reporting, tracking and updates;
The candidate:
- 1 - 2 years specifically running a project schedule
- Could come from a variety of backgrounds, Eg scheduler, coordinator or even Project Manager
- Understand interdependencies / correlation between projects
- Strong in MS Project
- Telco, site acquisition or construction - desirable only
