My client is looking for a dynamic and hard-working Program Manager to have direct accountability for the migration of both the Asset and the Data from the existing platform to the new product / platform; as well as decommissioning of the current solution and platform.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience working as a Program Manager within a fast paced and complex environment.
The role will include:
- Accountability for the delivery planning (scope, resourcing and estimates), delivery execution to agreed parameters and benefit realisation of the migration and decommissioning stream, including close liaison with the chosen vendor to plan and align the migration activities:
- Responsibility for data cleansing, both automated and manual cleansing activities
- Responsibility for the data mapping from the existing Wrap platform to the new Wrap platform
- Definition of the data migration and customer migration strategy
- Planning and execution of data migration dry runs
- Financial reconciliation of the migrated data
- Member reconciliation of the migrated data
- Contribute to and collaborate with the Vendor Selection and Define stream to select the new supplier and define the data and migration strategies and scope
- Jointly identifying and prioritising the outcomes from other streams that are dependencies or inputs to this stream
- Adherence to appropriate policies and standard operating procedures for the development of new/ change to existing products
- Facilitating scoping workshops to enable decisions on data and migration strategies and solution options, and decommissioning
- Development and maintenance of project schedule and budget
- Ensuring good governance is applied to all delivery components to maintain audit traceability and project assurance
