The purpose of this role is to manage the delivery of the HR program within a large enterprise IT department.
The role is to provide direction and leadership for the program, define and maintain scope and management controls, and coordinate the activities required to develop strategies, build operating models, policies and processes and implement these.
What you'll need:
- At least 5 years in business-oriented program management
- Business / HR oriented programs
- SAFe framework
- Large enterprise experience
- Experience in IT supplier management and overseeing KPI/contract compliance
