We are currently looking for a Program Director to plan, deliver and lead the Program which will include people, process and technology changes.
During this engagement the Program Director will be specifically responsible for the following:
- Overall ERP program mobilisation, planning, delivery and leadership.
- Reporting including Monthly Program Steering Group Reporting (to C-level).
- Planning and program management for a business-transformation program with large organisational and technical complexity and customer impact.
- Leading cross-functional teams drawn from across the organisation to deliver project engagements in a matrix structure.
- Procure, manage and work with external consultants and vendors where appropriate to provide specialist knowledge, capability and components of project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with relevant internal and external guidelines including legislation, statutes, regulations and policies.
This role requires you to have:
- Program Director experience on large and complex programs $50m+
- Demonstrated program delivery experience on a large ERP implementation
- Proven Vendor Management experience with large software companies, and top-tier solution integrators
- Proven experience applying agile / scaled agile methodologies / toolsets
- Project / Program management certification e,g., PMP, PgMP, Agile (Mandatory)
- University sector experience highly regarded
