About the role
Located in Parramatta, you will be working with a NSW governmental department as an automation officer to enhance people performance and contribute in improving work efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Extract, review and analyse systems and databases to provide accurate advice, insights and information for relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring data is accessible and can be meaningfully combined for analytical work.
- Work collaboratively with team members to develop innovative policies, programs and documentation.
- Foster and build sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gain support for the implementation of business reforms and to increase staff commitment to service delivery.
Skills and experience
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding in data analytics.
- Knowledge/Experienced with data management softwares (SQL, PowerBI, Tableau etc.)
- Graduates and candidates with 1-2 years of work experience are encouraged to apply!
- Reference check and police check will be required.
