Out client, one of the Australia iconic Enterprise is seeking a Product Support Manager (Financial Services Products) to join their team.
You will be responsible to support the development of new products & enhancements in line with the strategic direction of the business
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with delivery teams as a subject matter expert to guide the delivery of initiatives
- Focus on ongoing improvements to the customer experience
- Understanding of profitability drivers and expense savings relating to the product portfolio
- Assist in the maintenance of strategic partnerships with key accounts
- Support the day-to-day activities of the portfolio including but not limited to performance reporting, incident management, disclosure document management and compliance
Skills/ Experience
- Experience in financial services industry preferably in banking or product management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capability
- Ability to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment with competing priorities
- Attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and develop fit for purpose solutions
- Understanding of regulatory & compliance issues across the financial services industry
