This role is ideal for an individual who has worked in Insurance Broking and is looking for the next challenge in their career. The Product Specialist - Migrations is responsible for assisting new and existing broker clients with the migration from their current broking system to the INSIGHT Broking Platform.

The Product Specialist - Migrations is accountable for providing outstanding customer service to our clients and for delivering an effective broking solution on time.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively and clearly with the internal Product/Development teams and our clients (Insurance Brokers) to support the transition from their existing software to ours
  • Execute agreed migration tasks to ensure successful completion of each migration per agreed milestones and procedures
  • Liaise with broker principals and staff to ensure they have clear understanding on agreed migration outcomes, milestones, processes and identified migration issues
  • Provide agreed post-migration warranty support for each completed broker migration, and ensure smooth transition to the Support Team at end of warranty

Skills/Qualifications required:

  • 2-3 years experience working in an insurance broker office, and strong experience in using broker management systems
  • Ability to translate client and business needs into practical system based solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated planning & prioritisation skills
  • Strong client orientation / customer service focus
  • A sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion of projects
  • Attention to detail along with a commitment to quality
