About the Role:
As a Senior Product Owner in the Digital team you will be working in a fast-paced Agile environment with the support of your own Scrum team. Having ownership of the enhancement of home loan origination, this is an important app workflow that they want to make even more seamless for their customers.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the product backlog is aligned with the product roadmap
* Carry out ideation sessions and convert into customer deliverables
* Participate in UI/UX design thinking workshops, analyse product reviews and web analytics
* Lead the definition, prioritisation and validation of requirements and design
* Work with the Scrum Team to author user stories
* Own, manage and prioritise the product backlog
* Run sprint showcases and high-level planning sessions
Skills and Experience:
* 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst / Product Owner / Product Manager
* Ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders
* Strong Agile experience
* Analytically focused
* Ideally experience with Adobe Analytics
* Home loan exposure or sign-up origination experience
