Our client, one of the leading Company in Service Industry is seeking a Product Owner with Service oriented background, to work on My Account.
You will be responsible for all areas of the product lifecycle including concept, research, business solution design, product development, launch, iteration and support utilising your excellent communication and negotiation skills you will solve business problems, delight customers and showcase value daily.
Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years digital product ownership experience including the ability to identify new customer needs, develop these into a product roadmap and feature backlog.
- Prior experience working with self-service kind of portal in a service industry or service organisation similar to My account.
- Extensive experience working in an agile digital environment and familiarity with HCD techniques
- Solid understanding of using digital analytics to understand customer behaviour and make data driven decisions to increase customer engagement and digital usage.
- Strong communication & stakeholder engagement skills
- A working knowledge of the Utilities industry and energy markets would be highly desirable
