A Large IT company is in need of a Product Implementation Manager with extensive experience within marketing environment in Macquarie Park.

About the role and Responsibilities

The Successful candidate will be working with the team and will be included in Planning & Performance and a Business Program Management Office, including developing and executing the long-term product strategy. The Product and Business Operations function will define and manage the investment strategy of all product development capital for SMB and ensure revenue and margin benefits are achieved from investments made.

The Product Implementation Manager will be responsible for leading the execution of strategic and tactical go-to-market initiatives across the business for the company's Products team. This role puts you at the centre of the business to help launch, and manage the product lifecycle, for a range of new and exciting product initiatives, from product innovation and content, to devices, new plans and promotional offers.

An experienced influencer, you'll work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business, including Product, Brand and Comms, Retail, Online, Customer Marketing, Sales, Legal, Business Channels and Corporate affairs, to bring new product initiatives to market.

As the 'implementation champion', you will be responsible for briefing and leading virtual teams of functional experts to develop and execute initiatives to achieve desired business objectives. You will oversee as well as project manage initiatives, ensuring that activities are well executed with consistent messaging aligned to the core proposition across all customer and internal touch points.

You will work closely with campaign leads to approve tactical and strategic offer / promotional marketing and internal materials - linking product and marketing teams.

Secondary, you will assist with program management of marketing campaigns - timelines, deliverables, budget, and integration with other marketing teams.

Skills and experience

  • Minimum of 7 years professional experience in marketing environment.
  • Experience in digital/online advertising is advantageous
  • Exposure to B2B marketing environment
  • A high degree of autonomy and self-direction is required.
  • You will be expected to operate largely independently of line management on a day to day basis.
  • A strong understanding of internal stakeholder requirements is required to ensure these requirements/dependencies are factored into go-to-market planning.
