We are looking for an experience Product Design Lead to work with a team of Service and Digital Product Designers on a large transformation project.
In this role, you will be responsible for Product Leadership including working with Product Owners to shape backlog and delivery Product Strategy. You will be accountable for design deliverables and will work closely to with UX and UI Designers as well as Product Owners , Business Analysts, and Architects to ensure the quality of design decisions, deliverables and outcomes focus on the right objectives and create optimal user experiences for all audiences.
We are looking for savvy candidates who have worked in large organisations on multi-disciplinary digital design projects. Although you will be focused on digital experience and products, you must also consider other channels of interaction. You should be able to demonstrate experience working across Customer and Employer experience and with hypothesis led design processes. You should be able to demonstrate your experience resolving tensions between Design and Agile ways of working.
Ideally, you will also have experience working with legacy technology and vendor platforms desirable and Service Design across multiple products in a large program.
