Due to an IT Procurement Transformation, we require a Procurement Specialist with strong IT Asset Management to join the team.
The responsibilities revolve around working within procurement operations, IT operations, IT Vendors, Finance/invoicing in regards to IT asset management. This also includes
Working with IT vendors
Reviewing invoicing
Data Analysis
Working with finance and accounts
The successful candidate will have experience within IT Asset management, you will have the a capability to audit contracts, review vendors, review internal and external processors, review invoicing to make sure all is correct and put in place effective IT asset management processors.
You will be working in a small project team thus must be comfortable and experienced in working independently. This is an awesome project and team to get involved with.
