Our esteemed client is looking to bring on board a Fleet Officer / Admin Support Officer for their Parramatta office.
Procurement Officer / Fleet Officer /Receptionist / Admin Support Officer
Location: Parramatta
Duration: Initial 3 months contract with possibilities of extension
Hours: 7-hours day/ 35 hours a week
Hourly rate: $30.00 - $50/hr + super
Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of duties including the following -
- Acting as the first point of contact, manage all incoming switchboard calls and direct as appropriate
- Answer all general inquiries, provide accurate and timely responses
- Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
- Provide high level administrative support to the team including mail distribution, preparation of monthly journals, reporting along with monitoring acquisitions, disposals, assets, plant and equipment in line with corporate policy
- Complete diary management
- Coordinate and schedule meeting rooms and equipment
- Records and database management ensuring accuracy, integrity and confidentiality
- Place orders with manufactures, State fleet and dealers
- Track and manage traffic and parking infringement notices issued.
