Process Improvement and Agile Manager
- Initial 6 month contract
- Located close to public transport routes & café/ restaurant district
- Requires experience in Agile & SDLC practices
A highly reputed, industry leading client is seeking an experienced Process Improvement and Agile Manager for an initial 6 month contract that will be responsible for coaching a web development team in Agile and release frameworks, as well as overseeing incident management practices.
Responsibilities include:
- Coach web application team (including developers & automation testers) in Agile methodology practices
- Review and implement changes for Technology service processes
- Oversee Incident Management practices
- Stakeholder management
- Facilitate updates to Release framework
Key skills:
- Strong, recent experience working within a similar role
- Previous experience with coaching web/ development teams
- Ability to facilitate Incident management
- Must have strong experience working within Agile Methodology environments
- Excellent knowledge and experience of the SDLC
- Fantastic communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Relevant industry certifications are highly regarded
