About the role

Sitting with the Technology & Enterprise Operations, our client is keen for a Process Analyst who is keen to showcase thier skills by supporting the team and proactive in playing thier role.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and drive compliance to process change management and procedural document quality (process maps, work instructions, training guides)
  • Develop and implement training and communication strategies on process governance standards and process change management processes
  • Drive simplification and improvements in efficiency in the processes used.
  • Work with QA team to ensure process compliance and to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with business to design and implement appropriate KPIs to track process performance and compliance.


Skills and experience

  • Ability to understand & analyse information across businesses
  • Minimum 2-5 years of Experience
  • Experience in process governance, management or improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication skills ,stakeholder engagement and Self-motivated, proactive personality to work in a Vibrant space
