This is division within a large iconic Australian organisation. The Process /Business Analyst will design and document business processes, compile the process library, conduct process gap assess ments, perform business capability gap assessments, gather end-to-end requirements and assist with the operationalisation of new capabilities, training, products and service offerings being introduced. It will also include Srcum master responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
- Act as a liaison between the business and solution developers using strong communication skills to elicit, document and analyse functional and non-functional business requirements, business processes and work-instructions
- Apply change management and impact analysis techniques to ensure a smooth implementation with minimal impact to the business
Operationalise new capabilities and business processes.
- Develop and document business requirements
Lead scrum master activities for Agile delivery teams.
- Support and provide relevant training on new business processes to users
Essential Skills and Experiences:
- Strong experience in business and process analysis responsibilities
- Experience in change management and impact analysis techniques
- Experiene within a utilities organisation particularly metering would be highly regarded
