Our client is seeking an experienced Process Analyst to join their Retail Banking Services. The team is responsible for documenting processes and best practices around a cash back rewards program.
The candidate:
- Process Analyst experience
- Banking experience around payments, invoicing or rewards beneficial or similar
- Experience uplifting existing documents / processes
- Experience in identifying risks, environment, issues and can build controls and update process registers
- Knowledge of merchant acquiring beneficial
