Data Consultants (PowerBI / Azure)

A highly reputed client based in the Perth CBD is seeking multiple Data Consultants possessing data analytics experience utilizing technologies including PowerBI and Azure. These are initial 6 month contracts with the possibility to extend.
Responsibilities include:
- Development and delivery of Analytics solutions in Power BI
- Design and develop cloud data warehouses across multiple domains
- Deliver data-oriented solutions utilising big data, data warehousing, operational insight, data management or business intelligence
- Participate in pre-sales presentations and workshop facilitation activities
- Engage with clients and understand their requirements
Key skills:
- Knowledge of the Microsoft cloud data platform including Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, SQL, Azure Synapse and Databricks
- Excellent knowledge of data analytics in Power BI
- Excellent understanding of data transformation and cleansing concepts
- Strong demonstrable experience using DAX
- Experience in the Microsoft Data Stack including SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS
- Knowledge of modern data platforms and how to architect solutions from end-to-end.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft DevOps stack including CI/CD toolsets and processes
- Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement experience
