About the role:
This is a personal banker role, selling unsecured consumer lending products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for;
- Addressing members' needs and solve their problems.
- Providing face-to-face assistance to clients.
- Using our up-to-date technology to perform tasks.
- Providing financial advise to members in order to meet their financial needs
- Building and maintaining referral networks.
- Conducting sales calls.
- Achieving lending, deposit and insurance targets
Ideally the successful candidate should possess.
- Someone with 1-2 years retail banking experience
- Able to provide excellent service.
- Eager to learn.
- Have great team work abilities.
