Our client has an urgent requirement for a Performance Tester who has at least 5 years experience in the field, with expertise in Performance Testing tools using JMeter / Performance Centre
Must have:
o Proven experience working on large agile projects
o Must understand Non-Functional requirements and how to write performance test cases accordingly
o Experience analysing business scenarios for performance testing
o Designing workload models
o Defining approach and methodology for performance testing
o Designing test scripts
o Ability to analyse the CPU Utilisation, Memory usage, Network usage, Garbage Collection, DB Parameters and DB Reports to verify the performance
o Ability to monitor test case execution results
o Identify application performance bottlenecks, and where they occur
o Participate in performance engineering and performance improvement activities
o Ability to Interpret results and graphs
o Identify suggestions for performance tuning
Highly desirable
o CRM experience
o Experience working for an Insurance company
o Someone who is outgoing and going to contribute to the broader team/platform, be involved aspects outside of their core role in the organisation
