This role will be responsible for:
- Driving the resolution of design/business issues
- Reviewing vendor's design documents to ensure that business's needs are met
- Supporting change, training, testing and data integration teams as required.
- Working with the lead BA's for the other functional areas to ensure Finance's requirements are considered in all upstream and downstream student management processes.
Key Accountabilities
- Work collaboratively with the Finance Subject Matter Experts, Finance PeopleSoft Functional Leads and Business Analysts to deliver the Finance business functions and processes required for the Student Management Services program.
- Take responsibility for investigative work to determine business requirements, specify effective business process and determine options for solutions, including recommendations.
- Apply modelling and analysis tools, methods and standards, with consideration to business context.
- Provide advice and guidance to the technical teams in understanding business processes and solutions.
- Create business processes and obtain endorsement by business process owners.
- Reviewing vendor's design documents to ensure that business's needs are met
- Working with the lead Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts from the other functional areas to ensure Finance's requirements are considered in all upstream and downstream student management processes.
- Produce communication packages to engage business stakeholders and drive business decisions.
- Support Test, Change, and Training teams as required.
- Responsible for working with the Data Migration team to ensure that the relevant historical master data and transactional data is migrated to the target solution.
