Our Client:
Our client has established a dominant presence within the Banking and Finance Industry, they currently have two opens within their People Insights team. In this team, you would be providing insights to people factors that drive business outcomes and employee experience.
About the role
You would be involved in:
- Translating business challenges and external research into people research projects
- Sourcing and transforming data for analytics
- Using statistics and the scientific method to deliver evidence based, data driven workforce insights
- Deliver data-backed insights to inform and track delivery of the colleague strategy and transformation agenda (including simplification and cost savings)
- Maintaining and updating ongoing analytical products (dashboards etc.) as required
- Taking accountability for ensuring data integrity and accuracy
To be successful for the role, you would ideally:
- Ability to engage with all levels of the business, reporting findings and challenging the status quo
- Demonstrated experience providing insight on business performance leading to positive change
- Experience in managing and analysing structured and unstructured data (e.g. R Studio, Python)
- Experience in applying multivariate statistical methods to people research problems
- Experience in machine learning and text mining
- Experience working with ambiguous and complex problems
