Due to high growth, our client requires skilled and highly motivated Product Owner's to deliver products that will aid the company's strategic growth.
In these newly created roles, you will have the opportunity to drive the digitalisation of customer experience and translate the voice of the customer into vision statements and user stories.
You will be someone with a can-do, positive attitude to work in a dynamic Agile environment so that their fast-paced, high-growth business can continue to increase in scale.
Your key responsibilities will include the support of multi-disciplinary agile delivery teams to deliver excellent new products to meet user need. You will create and maintain the Product Backlog - prioritise delivery plans working closely with the Scrum Master. Coordinating and collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and developers to ensure requirements are understood and defined will be part of your daily tasks too.
Key Skills and experience will include:
- 2+ years of experience in product development of mobile or web applications working as part of a small, multi-disciplinary agile team
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Capable of prioritising the business need and maintaining a product backlog
- Able to write effective user story with acceptance criteria
- Understand contemporary technology trends
- Understanding on UX design and user research
- Understanding on Agile values, Principles, Lean Techniques and process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
