Our Client is planning to reshape its Wealth Management Strategy and create a standalone entity. This work includes the planning and successful exiting of the Transitional Service Agreements (TSA's)

About the role:

A PMO Manager is required across the TSA Exits program to lead a team of PMO resources supporting key governance and controls.


  • Leads and manages the PMO team in providing critical financial process support including financial tracking/invoices and vendor engagement and support program planning, milestone tracking, risks & issues management and interdependency assessments
  • Ensures timely production of program progress status reports and steering committee co-ordination
  • Ensures the administration and maintenance of the program change control process and key program documentation is maintained and updated
  • Engagement and management of key stakeholder relationships such as Procurement and Wealth Finance
  • Owns the centralised resource management function and execution of administrative tasks such as on-boarding of resources, maintenance (contract renewals and extensions) and off-boarding processes
  • Ensure the provision of set-up, support and detailed guidance on the use of project management and other software tools such as Jira, Confluence etc
  • Actively lead and participate in daily project stand-ups, meetings and workshops

Skills and experience:

  • TSA Exit experience would be a significant advantage
  • Knowledge of Wealth business functions and processes
  • Minimum 8+ years PMO experience in Financial Services
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver in fast-changing environments
  • Skilled in the use of office software tools, including spreadsheets, presentation tools and word processing and program tools including Jira and Confluence
  • Demonstrated experience of working with multiple stakeholder groups with conflicting priorities
  • Experience facilitating workshops and driving business outcomes
  • Experience delivering in complex environments and in time critical projects
