About the role
The PMO Lead will build and drive the delivery of an exciting program of work delivering digital support for the wider business for this mining organisation based in Brisbane CBD
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Program Management Office (PMO)
- Develop and implement Governance models
- Define Change and communications plans
- Define and implement Project Controls methodologies
- Manage program interdependencies and constraints
- Support project managers with coaching and capability uplift
Skills and experience
- Experience in a similar PMO Lead role / an experienced SME and implementer
- Experience in supporting the management of IT programs and projects
- Experience with SAP / Momentum / MS word, MS teams, Excel, Project
- Strong stakeholder management skills (cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams)
- Strong communication, collaboration and time management skills
