Our client a leader in its field is currently looking for an experienced PMO Analyst to join a large transformation project. You will be responsible for the efficient operation of the support and administration activities.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain repository of information for the Program
  • Act as the Master Program Scheduler across the portfolio/program
  • Contract Management
  • Resource Management
  • Ensure all delivery parties within the Portfolio are aware of reporting, governance and approval timetables and submission deadlines
  • Status reports and reporting for all initiatives in the program
  • Project meetings and documentation
  • Prepare program status reports

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary level qualification in business or an IT related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a program management office role on a large project or program
  • Experience in establishing the processes, practices and standards for a large and complex PMO operation
  • Experience within financial services will be highly desirable
  • Skilled and experienced with Microsoft Project, and the MS Office suite
  • Experience in establishing processes, practices and standards for a PMO operation
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Highly organised and efficient, with strong attention to detail
  • Strong initiative and collaborative working style
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
