Our client a leader in its field is currently looking for an experienced PMO Analyst to join a large transformation project. You will be responsible for the efficient operation of the support and administration activities.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintain repository of information for the Program
- Act as the Master Program Scheduler across the portfolio/program
- Contract Management
- Resource Management
- Ensure all delivery parties within the Portfolio are aware of reporting, governance and approval timetables and submission deadlines
- Status reports and reporting for all initiatives in the program
- Project meetings and documentation
- Prepare program status reports
Essential Skills and Experience
- Tertiary level qualification in business or an IT related discipline
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a program management office role on a large project or program
- Experience in establishing the processes, practices and standards for a large and complex PMO operation
- Experience within financial services will be highly desirable
- Skilled and experienced with Microsoft Project, and the MS Office suite
- Experience in establishing processes, practices and standards for a PMO operation
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Highly organised and efficient, with strong attention to detail
- Strong initiative and collaborative working style
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
