We are looking to hire an experienced PMO Analyst for one of our premier clients. This role plays an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that goals and objectives of new business development requests are accomplished within prescribed time frames.
- Risks & Issues - updates & reporting for all projects. Attend & facilitate risks & issues weekly meeting with PD & Stream Leads.
- Governance & Reporting - Support with reporting and collation of packs, preparation of GM reports, Steer Co packs
- Ad hoc support to project streams as required.
- SharePoint administrative / back end support -
- Experience in using SharePoint experience for document management and (
- 2 - 3 years' experience minimum working within a PMO support function (coordinator, analyst, officer etc.)
- Experience including data from resource management, budgets, risk, schedules, change control
