The PEGA Lead System Architect would be responsible for leading the design and configuration of functional solutions and for the ongoing operational support of ICT solutions.
Key Tasks/Duties.
- Ability to design and implement PEGA on CI/CD platforms.
- Creating and maintaining efficient data models based on project requirements.
- Ability to setup security controls on PEGA.
- Assist in defining enterprise level class structures.
- Setup a review process for ensuring that only high-quality rules make their way into the application.
- Mentor and up-skill team members to raise the skill level of the development team.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years PEGA and 5+ years Java EE technical experience.
- 5+ years design and practice lead experience.
- Be a Certified PEGA Senior System and Business architect.
- Be experienced and highly knowledgeable in Integration architecture.
- A proven ability to contribute to a complex system design and development using PEGA technology.
- Setup a review process for ensuring that only high-quality rules make their way into the application.
- Excellent, high-level communication skills, both oral and written.
- Creating and managing best-practices on the PEGA platform.
- Mentor and up-skill team members to raise the skill level of the development team.
- Strong understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the PEGA platform.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
