The Change Analyst would work closely with OCM Lead to support the delivery of organisational change and operational readiness activities of a large complex Cyber/ Information Security Program of work.
Skills and experience
- Change Management experience including planning, benefits realisation, change adoption, impact assessment, business readiness in large complex organisations
- Experience building relationships, influencing, coaching and facilitating conversations
- Experience with complex change projects in IT Service management / Cyber Security
- Experience working with broad range of internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- PROSCI Change Management certification or similar qualification
