About the Role
As the Organisational Change Manager you will implement the requirements for significant business process improvement and people change activity. You will identify the requirements across the different stakeholders as well as develop and deliver change management interventions

  • Develop a comprehensive and integrated change management plan
  • manage the people related impacts of the People Change project from project transition to post implementation
  • Identify detailed people change impacts
  • Facilitate the necessary interventions, communication, consultation, training, coaching etc
  • Engage stakeholders
  • Conduct a Needs Analysis - for development and coaching activities
  • Facilitate the implementation, deployment and support for various HR, OD and people initiatives
  • Ensure the Training Management Plan identifies and documents training requirements
  • Develop and deliver Change and Communication materials


  • Experience as a Change Manager focusing on implementation
  • Experience in delivery of Organisational Change
  • Extensive practical experience delivering cultural, process and technical change initiatives
  • Experience conducting change impact and assessments and identifying interventions to facilitate change readiness
  • Ability to work within blue collar environment
  • Solid Project management experience
  • Knowledge of different communication style and approaches and the tailoring of communications to suit a variety of situations and audiences.
  • Highly developed presentation and facilitation skills
  • Proven experience in large complex environments
  • Experience of change management principles and methodologies (e.g. Prosci)
  • Ability to engage and motivate staff through large-scale transformational change
  • Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • An adaptable aptitude who can work on multiple, activities with a high level of resilience.
