About the Role
As Organisational Change Manager you will manage the Emergency Management project change stream across and will work closely with Technology, Facilities, Change and Organisational Design Specialists. You will work on

  • Stakeholder engagement, communications and change management;
  • Creating business engagement and readiness (Ready/Willing/Able);
  • Enabling the journey to the future state culture; and
  • Coordinating input of Industrial Relations, Human Factors & Learning and Development

Responsibilities

  • Deliver change management activities
  • Manage the change management schedule and activities
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder management and communications components of the Program plan
  • Identification and management of issues and risks relating to stakeholder management
  • Implement projects to business-as-usual
  • Providing an assessment of business readiness to accept and adopt the changes
  • Develop Stakeholder engagement and communications plan;
  • Work with the Industrial Relations SME
  • Work with Human Factors SMEs to develop the integrated human factors plan
  • Engage the Organisational Development capability
  • Work to improve organizational adoption and transition to BAU
  • Then move to focus on the implementation plans, post-implementation support and transition to business as usual

Experience

  • Experience as an Organisational Change Manager
  • Experience in delivery of Organisational Change in complex technical environment across legacy systems and enterprise wide systems concurrently undergoing significant change
  • Understanding of Building or Construction or Rail or Logistics
  • Working in an industrially sensitive operational environment
  • Ability to work within blue collar environment
  • Ability to coach staff and managers during periods of complexity and change.
  • Experience in development of business transformation and change readiness plans including the development and execution of post implemental reviews.
  • Ability to engage and motivate staff through large-scale transformational change
  • Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders
