Our government client is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Lead to work on SAP Enhancements. This will focus on streamlining business processes and enhance the SAP solution. Allowing for improved analytics and reporting.

This role will see you responsible for:

  • Consult with multiple broad and diverse senior management stakeholders to identify and define the changes to processes, procedures and practices needed to achieve change and deliver planned benefits.
  • Identify potential points of resistance to change, and develop counter strategies to reduce resistance and address doubts and uncertainty surrounding the change to foster a positive acceptance of change.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships, formal arrangements and strategic partnerships with clients and stakeholders to assess the readiness of the organisation, ensuring a strong commitment to change management.
  • Create specific change management plans, including communications and training plans to lead employees through structured change management activities so there is consistency in adopting change
  • Work with the training and communications team to develop and deliver project artefacts that support change management activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the project manager and relevant business executives to ensure the desired business outcomes are achieved.

Evaluation Criteria

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in planning and leading strategically aligned organisational change in a large politically charged organisation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in leading complex ICT-enabled organisational change utilising recognised methodologies.
  • Ability to work and lead a team within a collaborative environment by providing clear direction and establishing professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Displays personal drive and integrity - Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic projects relating to people change with systems and processes and deliver quality outcomes within tight timeframes and deadlines.
  • High level written and oral communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated by a superior ability in consultation, networking, negotiation, partnering, advocacy and influencing.
