About the Role
As the Organisational Change Analysts you will support the delivery of the new HCMS solution across the whole business. You will be responsible for managing all change management activities for one of the four HR work-streams as well as supporting the implementation of talent management and performance development. Critical change analysis responsibilities include stakeholder analysis and the development of stakeholder engagement activities, detailed end user impact analysis, and supporting communication and training activities.

You will also provide change analysis support for the Programs Human Centred Design approach in order to redesign the experience for both internal and external customers, whilst taking into consideration the constrains of existing processes and technology

Responsibilities

  • Work-stream stakeholder communication, stakeholder identification, analysis, alignment and management
  • Regular tracking of stakeholder progress and impacts on all stakeholders
  • Form close working relationships with all work-stream delivery team members across Business and Technology
  • Support the Change Manager in building relationships
  • Support change management activities required to establish and sustain the new talent management practices enabled by SuccessFactors
  • Support detailed impact assessments and the development of business transition plans / activities relating to the business model, business process and system related changes
  • Support all transformational and transactional work-stream change initiatives and business process improvements with detailed change analysis,
  • Work with the Communications Team to develop, draft and deliver agreed communications
  • Work with the Training Team to develop and execute all training
  • Analyse, prepare and support the implementation of risk mitigation activities
  • Support the development of the weekly work-stream status reports
  • Support the management of all risks and issues and tracking

Experience

  • Experienced as an Organisational Change Analyst
  • 4+ years' experience supporting business transformational change in largescale matrix organisations
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to establish strong relationships
  • Experience in supporting the design and delivery of a business change framework across a diverse stakeholder group,
  • In-depth experience of analysing business change, with demonstrated strength in working with business implementation and technical partners
  • Change analysis experience of large scale enterprise solutions in a complex and challenging environments
  • Experience working with business process and architecture streams to support the shaping of an optimal experience for customers
  • Proven ability to develop and communicate deliverables, timelines, risks, milestones and the critical path
  • Experience in participating in Customer Journey Maps
  • Experience on a HCM transformation program
