Our client, one of Federal Government Agency is seeking capable and adaptable Organisational Change management professional to fill an Organisational Change Analyst role within a large and complex technology transformation.
The role works within the program change capability to support change tracking and reporting. Experience in program or portfolio level change preferred.
Mandatory
- Has a successful track record of undertaking a similar role supporting business change in a complex environment.
- Familiarity with project management and project delivery frameworks.
- Experience in applying 'better practice' approaches to all aspects of change management that are practical, and results focussed.
- Certification and several years' experience as a practitioner of recognised change frameworks, models and techniques.
Desirable
- PROSCI certified
- Experience working as a change analyst in a program or portfolio change team.
