Organisation Change Analyst

Our client is seeking to hire an experienced Organisation Change Analyst to play a key role in ensuring projects meet objectives, deadlines and are on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • A strong focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology.
  • Create, adhere to and drive the Change Management Frameworks
  • Develop change management plans for each project/initiative that acknowledges
  • Analysis, plan, implementation, communicate and other associated change considerations such as a communication strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with the Projects Manager to integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • lead, develop and implement communications, training and awareness across all change initiatives contributing to the outputs of the projects and its value realisation in Digital PMO space and other programs
  • Prepare impact analyses and evaluation of the actual impact of changes, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Identify, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics and manage anticipated resistance to change.
  • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications relevant to change initiatives.
  • Work with the People and Culture to support organisational design and definition of roles and responsibilities along with developing an organisational skills assessment matrix
  • Maintain, manage, and execute Communication Plans as defined in the Communications Strategy, with input from key stakeholders
  • Plan and implement effective stakeholder engagement actions to drive understanding amongst key influential stakeholders and business leaders, and to influence positive acceptance of change across the business.
  • Identify, design, and deliver training needs of employee education programs applicable to change management, with input from key stakeholders.
  • Champion change capability development within impacted groups, coach and prepare business leaders and people in key positions for their role in supporting individuals and their teams through change.
  • Workshops and training sessions to engage and empower them to adopt and thrive as initiatives are delivered.
  • Creation of operating model principles that people leaders should incorporate into their day to day to enhance our winning culture

Qualifications & Professional Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Change Management or substantial equivalent experience of specialist professional development such as Prosci, ADCAR or CMBoK accreditation
  • 5+ years change management implementation and delivery
  • Highly focussed and self-directed, able to work independently and without supervision
  • Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Can-do attitude and practical participation and contribution to project outputs
  • Able to quickly develop and sustain strong working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in contributing towards successful delivery of significant projects
  • Collaborative mindset - able to work effectively within a team environment and provide support and services to colleagues as required.
  • Calm, resilient, able to work under pressure, prioritise and meet regular tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
